Everland Resort theme park, Seoul -RUNNING MAN FILMING SCENE

 

This amusement park is located at ; 199, Everland-ro, Pogok-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. This is about 37 kilomtres away from Seoul city centre.

HOW TO GO TO THE PARK?

- There are buses from different places that go directly- eg from Gangnam station it takes about 40 minutes. From Gangnam Station exit 6, take bus No. 5002 to Everland. You have to walk about 100m (against the traffic flow) once you're out of the exit. You may wish to get a copy of Everland flyer from the tourist info office where the exact pick-up point is stated clearly.

As this is a public bus, be prepared to stand throughout the 40-minute bus journey esp from Everland where most people will leave at around closing time - and you may be exhausted by then, especially for the young children

- From Everland you can take a taxi to Suwon station if there is a big line for the bus. Go to the Seoul subway (local) ticket office and it will cost you about 1800 won(MYR5) to Euljiro.

- Taxi is about 12000 won(MYR 34) from E to S station

 We took the subway to Gangnam (oppa Gangnam style!) where we rode bus 5002 to Everland Resort. The drive was long and the bus was so crowded that a number of us felt nauseous as we got to the theme park. After all,Everland Resort is located at the outskirt of Seoul already ( Experience of a traveler)

Ticket price to enter the park are; Adult 44,000 won (MYR 125)

                                                    ; Teenager 37,000 won ( MYR 105)
