Prayer can be done everyone as long as you are on the earth. Every inches on this earth is belongs to ALLAH,THE ONLY ONE GOD. So, when you heard ALLAH IS CALLING FOR A PRAYER,ADZAN, you can perform your solah or prayer without any delay.
THERE'S MORE THAN GREAT BLESSING ..
That they are not as busy prayed for understanding the Quran. They get the benefit of much more than a prayer good :)) SUBHANALLAH,.....
